William T. Russell was born at Birmingham, Alabama, September 3, 1861, died January 2, 1921, 59 years old. He lived in Nocona for many years until he was elected county judge two years ago. He was re-elected last year without opposition. He was respected and loved by all. Judge Russell is survived by his wife, four sons and five daughters. The sons are: Gervaise, Bufford, Collis, Douglas; the daughters are Mrs. O. B. Curlin and Mrs. Harry Salmon; Misses Opal, Loraine and Kazellette.
