Laurita Nell (Patty) Womack, 74, of Nocona, passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2010.

Patty was born on November 23, 1936 in Wewoka, OK to Nellie Pauline Vandiver and James W. Walker. She married Eldon Dean Womack, Sr. in 1955 in Jacksboro, TX. She was the E.R. Receptionist at Nocona General Hospital and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Nocona.

Funeral services were Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Nocona with Rev. Dave Woodbury officiating. Burial followed at Nocona Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Jerry Woods Funeral Home of Nocona.

Survivors include her sons, Eldon Dean Jr. (Donnie) and wife Tina Womack, Walter Ledale (Dale) and wife Cindy Womack, and David Roy Womack, all of Nocona, one brother, Jim Walker of Austin, TX, 10 grandchildren, Ben Womack, Shelly Womack, Chelsea Womack, Brad Womack, Hailey Womack, Jeremy Womack, Laurie Ritchie, Lindsay Sanders, Beth Schnick, and Bryan Womack, 14 great-grandchildren, Kayla and Kendall Womack, Steven Reeves, Matt Womack, Konner and Karagan Ritchie, Ashley, Trent & Madison Womack, Colby & Kyrstan Sanders, Ryder & Rebel Schnick, and Ethan Womack.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eldon Dean Womack, Sr. in 1983 and her brother, Richard Edward Walker in 2003.
