He was the Co-Owner of Skinner Tank Trucks and served in the US Army. He was also a member of the Jean’s Men’s Bible Class of Nocona. He married Patsy Huff on November 15, 1968 in Nocona, TX.

Funeral services were at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at the Bethel Baptist Church in Nocona, Texas with Revs. Jack McBride, Dale Berry, and Don Hendrix officiating. Arrangements were made by Jerry Woods Funeral Home of Nocona, TX.

Tommy is survived by his wife, Patsy Skinner of Nocona, TX; daughter, Kari Reid of Nocona, TX; sister, Delores Geurin of Saint Jo, TX; brothers, Jeffry Skinner and Robert Oucario, of Nocona,TX; and 2 grandchildren.
