Betty Burnett Wright, 74, passed away on January 21, 2019 in Nocona, TX. She was born on October 1, 1944 in Nocona, TX to Boyd and Pauline Rippy Burnett. She worked for many years as a stitcher at the Nocona Boot Company.

A funeral service was held on Friday, January 25, 2019 at Jerry Woods Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Don Hendrix officiating.

Betty is survived by her children, Roger Brockman and Susan Breeze of Nocona, TX; sisters, Carol James of Duncan, OK, Crista Kay Tibbits of Coahoma, TX, Linda Darlene Calderone of Big Spring, TX, Linda Gail Norman of Wichita Falls, TX, Nancy Burnett of Big Spring, TX, Patricia Burnett of Nocona, TX and Sandra Burnett of Big Spring, TX; brother, James Boyd “JB” Burnett of Bowie, TX; and 4 grandchildren.
