W.H. “Buster” Duck Jr.,82, born on March 28, 1938 in Seminole, OK to William H. Duck Sr. & Beula Mae Morgan Duck. He went to his salvation on November 25, 2020 in Nocona, TX. Buster served in the U.S. Army in Germany. He was Past Commander of Nocona VFW Post# 8558. Buster and Marzie delivered Meals on Wheels for several years. Buster worked most of his life in the oilfield on the old cable tool rigs and as a pumper. He retired at 81 years of age. Buster was also a carpenter, a knife and arrowhead maker, a man of many talents. He enjoyed playing golf, darts, trout fishing and being Papa Buster. He is preceded in death by grandpa and grandma Duck, sisters, Ethel, Dorothy & good friend Marzie Lee. He is survived by one sister, Della Elam, Son, Patrick Duck & his wife Brandy of Spanish Fort, TX, son David Duck and his wife Leslie of Nocona, grandchildren, Coleman Duck, Hunter Duck, Stormy & husband Nathan Tipton, Christina Prastik, Tyler Prastik and wife Ashley, LeAnne Ringstaff, Maddi and wife Kim McGuinn, Josiah and Emma Duck, great-grandchildren, Ryder, Harper and Mia Ringstaff, Wyatt Tipton, Winston & Bennett Prastik. He also leaves behind numerous loved ones and friends. There will be a graveside service on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at 2 P.M. at Nocona Cemetery with Rev. Dave Woodbury officiating. Memorials may be made to the Nocona VFW c/o Randy Duckworth, 100 Baylor St., Ncoona, TX 76255 or Carpenter’s Shop, Meals on Wheels, 400 Boston, Nocona, TX 76255
