It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Lilly Fae Pigg, who left this world on September 29, 2024, just three days after her 82nd birthday.

Born on September 26, 1942, Lilly was a vibrant spirit whose laughter and warmth filled the hearts of everyone around her. A true people person, Lilly had a unique gift for making friends and family feel cherished. Her joyful personality and playful "monkey face" could light up any room, creating an atmosphere of love and laughter wherever she went. She embraced life with open arms and inspired others to do the same.

Lilly was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Edith Curnutte, her sisters Linda Huckaby, Dorothy Roper, Hazel Pendergraft, brothers Billy Joe Curnutte, Curtis Curnutte, and sister-in-law Carlyon Curnutte and a great- granddaughter Avery Brooke Green.

Lilly is survived by her devoted family, her son Curtis Wayne Curnutte of Olney, Sister Patsy Parks of Grandview and Brother Charlie Curnutte, Sr. of Vernon. Her nieces and nephews Jimmy and Jessica Groves of Graham, Cindy and Mark Barnes of Nocona, Tresa Deane of Nocona, Charlie and Cindy Curnutte of Vernon, Gary Parks of Dallas, Alan Parks of Grandview and Christa and Robert Bowman of Grandview. Lilly also has three grandchildren Breanna Curnutte and husband Ian Bailey of Olney, Tyler Curnutte of Jacksboro, Lauren Curnutte of Jacksboro, three great-grandchildren Rilynn, Carter and Willow Bailey all of Olney as well as numerous other family members and a host of friends.

A celebration of Lilly's life will be held on October 2, 2024, at Abundant Life Church at 11AM with Pastor Frances Walrath officiating. Service is under the direction of Scott-Morris funeral home.

Lilly Fae Pigg's light may have dimmed, but her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, dear Lilly. You will be profoundly missed.
