Mrs. Dick Cardwell died at the family home in Nocona Saturday, January 28, 1922 and was buried in the Nocona Cemetery Sunday afternoon, funeral services conducted by Elder F. S. Vance. Mrs. Cardwell had been ill for the past two or three years. She was born in Washington, Missouri and at the time of her death, 53 years, 9 months 1 day of age.
