He married Tina Ray on Mary 15, 1965. He was the owner of H. Brito Construction in Dallas, TX and a member of the Carpenters Union and the Painters Union. He was awarded the Humanitarian of the year in 1976 in Dallas by the Industry Community. Graveside Services for Mr. Brito were held Saturday, June 18, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Nocona Cemetery under the direction of Scott Morris Funeral Home. Surviving relatives include: his wife of forty years, Tina Brito, Nocona, TX; one son, Shannon Brito, Nocona, TX; one daughter, Carrie Lynn Sarsfield III, Everett, WA; four grandchildren; four sisters, Mary Dominquez, Rose Puga, Tillie Manning, Precilla Gutierrez; and five brothers, Pino Brito, Joe Brito, Jimmy Brito, Jullian Brito and Luciano Brito.
