Rossie Ann Emmons, 88, of Nocona, TX, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2013, in Nocona, TX.
Rossie was born on January 16, 1925, in Carnigee, OK to John B. and Ollie Ann Reed Skeen. She worked for Scott-Morris Hardware Store as the bookkeeper for fifteen years. She was instrumental in starting the Nocona Cemetery Association.
There will be a a private service at a later date. Arrangements made by Scott-Morris Funeral Home.
She is survived by some special friends and care givers; Suzanna McNabb, Charlotte Coats, and Ron Vance, and many other friends.
