NOCONA- Ruth Thomas, 90, died June 15, 2015 in Nocona, TX.
A visitation was from 6-7 p.m. June 18 at Jerry Woods Funeral Home Chapel in Nocona.
Funeral service was at 2 p.m. June 19 at Bethel Baptist Church in Nocona with the Rev. Dale Berry officiating. Interment followed at Nocona Cemetery.
Thomas was born July 25, 1924 in Courtney, OK to Marion S. Robinson and Daisy Carnahan.
She married Bill Thomas on March 9, 1946 in Gainesville. Thomas was a Farmer’s Insurance agent/owner.
She is survived by four daughters, Kay Medlen, Houston, Jan Bicsak, Sue Thomas and Patti Moore all of Nocona; sister, Mary Lou Davis, Nocona; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
