On June 26, 1970 he married Linda Hughes in Bowie, TX. He was a leather worker and worked for Nocona Boot Company, National Supply and Webber. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He enjoyed golfing and fishing. Services for Mr. Bell were Friday, January 21, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Nocona Church of Christ with Rev. Mike Russell officiating. Scott Morris Funeral Home directed the service. Burial followed in Nocona Cemetery. Survivors include: his wife, Linda Bell of Nocona; one daughter, Dee Dee Middleton of Nocona; one son, Chad Bell, stationed in Okinawa, Japan; his father, Morris Bell; one sister, Sonya Bell of Wichita Falls, TX; one brother, Ronnal Bell of Montague, TX; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Melba and one brother, Sammy Bell.
