Mrs. Annie B. Price, a resident of Spanish Fort and Nocona most of her life, died late Tuesday at Pleasant Haven Nursing Home here. She was 84 years of age.

Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. at Daugherty-McGaughy Funeral Home. A.D. Burks, Church of Christ minister, will officiate. Burial will be in Nocona Cemetery under the direction of Daughtery-McGaughy.

Mrs. Price was born June 1, 1888 at Sunset, and was married to Walter W. Price on Sept 18, 1902. He died in June 1946. She was member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs Mable Tucker, Nocona, and a son, James Graves of Fort Worth; three sisters, Mrs. Unice Brown, Greenville, Mrs. Lulu Beasley, Oklahoma City; Mrs. May Scruggs, Tyler; one brother, Ted Gregory of Bonita, and seven grandchildren.

Pallbears will be D. L. Thompson, Lee Miller, Donald Boutwell, Phil Howard, Duwayne Manley and Lee Martin.
