He married Charlotte Haralson on November 20, 1964 in Nocona, TX. He was an oil field pumper and was in the U.S.Army. He was also a member of the Lion’s Club, Young Farmers, and the Indian Booster Club. Funeral services were Monday, September 13, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Nocona with Rev. Duane McClure & Dr. Jim Rogers officiating. Burial followed at Nocona Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte Beckham, daughters, Jackie Schaumburg & Kathy Towery, brothers, Ronnie Beckham & Rick Beckham and three grandchildren.
