Charlotte was born on October 11, 1945, in Nocona, TX to John C. Haralson and Floy Louise Black. She was an office administrator and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Nocona.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Jim O. Rogers and Minister Shelley McNew officiating at the First United Methodist Church in Nocona. Burial followed in Nocona Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Jerry Woods Funeral Home.

Charlotte is survived by her daughters, Jackie Schaumburg of McKinney, TX, and Kathy Towery of Nocona, sister, Pat Salmon of Nocona, brother, Jess Haralson of Nocona, and three grandchildren.
