George Paskel Larison, 87, of Nocona, TX, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2011.

George was born on December 24, 1923, in Montague County, TX, to Willie Leann Titsworth and George Clifford Larison. He married Mattie Evelyn Burk. He served in the US Army, work for Tx Dot for 22 years, and was a member of the Nocona Church of Christ.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, October 18, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the Nocona Church of Christ. Burial followed in Nocona Cemetery. Arrangement were made by Scott-Morris Funeral Home.

George is survived by his wife Evelyn of Nocona, children, Barbara Culwell and Carolyn Bell, both of Montague, and Larry Larison of Nocona, brother, Bill Larison, sister Thelma Poindexter, 7 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
