Ruthie Mae Chatman Womack, 89, died April 12, 2016 in Nocona, TX.
A visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. April 16 at the Jerry Woods Funeral Home Chapel in Nocona.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. April 17 at the First Baptist Church of Nocona with the Rev. Dave Woodbury officiating. Burial will follow at Nocona Cemetery.
Womack was born April 4, 1927 in Olney to James Claude Chatman and Jennie Mae Geslin. She married Hurshel Womack on April 20, 1946 in Montague and was a seamtress at Nocona Belt and Boot Companies.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband.
She is survived by her two sons, Ron Womack, Fort Lauderdale, FL and Steve Womack, Nocona; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Carpenter’s Shop, 400 Boston St. Nocona, TX 76255.
