Pat Keck Patricia “Pat” Gail Keck, 77, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones on November 13, 2022. Pat was born in Bowie, Tx to Sam and Jimmie Brashear on June 18, 1945. She married the love of her life, David Keck, on June 26, 1964 in Nocona, Tx. Besides her family, Pat’s next greatest passion was Nocona ISD where she served on the Board of Trustees for an astounding twenty years. She could always be seen at Nocona school events from band competitions to athletic contests and from One Act Plays to FFA shows. If Nocona students were involved then there was a good possibility Pat was there to support the orange and black. Pat was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 56 years, David. Also, one sister, Carol McDonald. Pat is survived by three sons: Kyle and Leslie of Nocona, Wesley and Tiffaney of Decatur, and Brad and Missy of Ryan, Ok. One sister, Karen Payne of Cleburne and one brother, Garry “Butch” Brashear of Sunset. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren along with many nephews, nieces, cousins and sister-in-laws. There will be a visitation on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 from 6 – 7 P.M. at Jerry Woods Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 2 P.M. at the Church of Christ in Nocona, TX with Minister Austin Wright officiating. Interment will follow in Nocona Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Daniel Keck, Trysten Vakoc, Kaden Keck, Jettsen Keck, Corbin Gantt, Dereck Bonilla, John Bowser, Ti Caughman, Tyler Richards, Korbin Storrs. Memorials may be made to the Nocona Athletic Booster Club.
