Bertie Ray Admire, 89, of Nocona, TX, passed away November 5, 2005 in Nocona, TX.

She was born July 18, 1916 in Bonita, TX to Stanford Green and Eva Howard Cook. On February 2, 1939 she married Smith Admire, who preceded her in death in 1968. Mrs. Admire was a homemaker and a charter member of Veterans of World War I Auxilliary and the American Legion Aux.

Funeral services for Mrs. Admire were Monday, November 7, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Jerry Woods Funeral Chapel with Rev. Dave Woodbury officiating. Jerry Woods Funeral Home directed the service.  Burial followed in Nocona Cemetery.

Survivors include: two sons, Loyd Admire and Jerry Admire, both of Nocona, TX; three grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were James Carpenter, Wes Morton, Roger Russell, Ronny McNatt, Wylie Gadner and J.W. Nash.

She was preceded in death by her husband, six sisters and five brothers.
