Visitation was at 1-2 p.m. Jan. 27 at First Baptist Church of Nocona.
Funeral service was at 2 p.m. Jan. 27 at the First Baptist Church of Nocona with the Rev. Dave Woodbury officiating. Burial followed at Nocona Cemetery.
Penaluna was born July 15, 1933 to Arthur Penaluna and Lola Payne in Nocona. He married Jettie Morgan on Sept. 30, 1950 in Gainesville. Penaluna was a pumper for the oilfield and a member of the First Baptist Church of Nocona.
He is survived by his wife, Jettie Penaluna, Nocona; three sons, Mike Penaluna, Denton, Robert Penaluna, Iowa Park and Scott Penaluna, Crystal Beach, TX; daughter, Carolyn Sue Dulke, Bryan; brother, Herman Penaluna, Nocona; nine grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Memorials may be made to Solaris Hospice.
