NOCONA – Herman Harold Marmaduke, 84, died Nov. 15, 2015 in Nocona, TX.
A funeral service was at 10 a.m. Nov. 17 at Nocona Cemetery officiated by pastor Larry Miller. Interment followed.
Marmaduke was born on Jan. 26, 1931 in Nocona to Andrew and Lona Maramduke. He married his wife Geneva on Feb. 12, 1949 in Bowie. He worked for Walsh & Watts as an oilfield pumper.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife and two sons, Steve and Randy Marmaduke.
He is survived by his son, Lindell Marmaduke, Nocona; sister, Cynthia Lemon, Nocona; four grandchildren; several great grandchildren and four nieces.
